$3,000 Food & Beverage Minimum.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at contract signing
A 50% non-refundable additional deposit is required 60 days prior to reception.
The balance is due two weeks prior to reception.
Any additional charges, such as bar tally, are due upon completion of reception.
